“Lenard did a great job on the upgrades and renovations in our older house. He’s very knowledgeable about all aspects of construction and answered all of our questions thoroughly. With the new windows he put in our house, we have noticed a significant decrease in our winter heating bills, reduction in street noise, and complete elimination of the wind drafts coming from the windows. He was able to replace and fix significant problems in the existing hardwood floor in our house, and replaced the trim throughout our house with attention to the details so there were no gaps in the trim. He also removed poorly laid linoleum in our ensuite and replaced it with a ceramic tile floor. All these things he did within an affordable cost that fit within our budget. We are so happy with the changes Lenard made to our house, and we will definitely use him again on our next project. “ |
