Spring Coulee Contracting Inc. was formed in 2010 by Lenard Biscope. As a resident of the Foothills region for over 20 years, and having managed projects in Western Canada for over 30 years, he brings a wealth of experience to the Foothills region of Alberta. As the previous owner of Trophy Contracting he built a number of homes in the Calgary/Okotoks and surrounding rural area, helping families to get started in owning their own affordable homes.
As a manager in commercial construction, he has completed many projects in the commercial arena including cinemas, hotels, restaurants, hospital and industrial building complexes, among many other projects.
With a great number of business relationships developed over the years, we can bring in any project with success. We specialize in meeting scheduled timelines, with realistic budgets, and high quality work.
We offer complete packages as a general contractor or as project manager depending on the client’s requirements. In both instances, we deliver a quality product and service at an affordable price.
As a member of the Foothills community we are a member of the Okotoks Chamber of Commerce. We support community organizations around the Foothills, including the Millarvile Stockland 4H Club.
